DOH Posts MLTC VBP Measures

The Department of Health (DOH) has posted Value-Based Payment (VBP) Quality Measure Sets for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) plans for measurement year 2021. There are minimal changes from the prior year measure sets: one measure has been removed from the MAP set (Comprehensive Diabetes Care: Medical Attention for Nephropathy), while the PACE set is unchanged.
