LeadingAge NY Managed Care Resource Updated

LeadingAge New York updated its chart summarizing the State’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration. The Tues., June 9, 2015 edition of the chart reflects the latest status of the mandatory counties for home and community-based services, as well as new tentative transition dates for the assisted living program and Medicaid waiver programs. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors including the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
