DOH Issues DAL on Minimum Wage Rates for Home Care Workers

The Department of Health has issued two Dear Administrator Letters (DALs) dated Oct. 31 regarding home care worker wage parity minimum rates.  These announcements affect all certified home health agencies, long term home health care programs and managed care organizations covered by the wage parity requirement for the period of March 1, 2014 through Feb. 28, 2015.
