LeadingAge New York Updates Managed Care Summary Chart

LeadingAge New York updated its chart summarizing the State’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the FIDA demonstration. The Feb. 25th edition of the chart reflects: (1) The transition schedule for managed care enrollment of home and community-based recipients in upstate counties; (2) The new dates for FIDA launch; and (3) The latest published dates for transition of the nursing home population. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors including the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
