Upcoming CDC Webinar to Review Fall 2024 Vaccination Guidance for Older Adults and People with Disabilities
(Aug.13, 2024) In recognition of National Immunization Awareness Month, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will host a webinar on Aug. 23rd at 11 a.m. to review CDC’s fall 2024/winter 2025 guidance on COVID-19, Flu, and RSV for older adults and people with disabilities.
The webinar is targeted to aging and disability network stakeholders who are providing services to support vaccinations for older adults and people with disabilities in their local communities. Attendees will learn about the most recent guidance issued by the CDC, including vaccine recommendations, preventative measures, and treatment options available, as well as resources to support older adults and people with disabilities.
Advance registration is required. The webinar will also be recorded and posted on ACL’s and CDC’s webpages.
