(Nov. 25, 2025) Save the date for LeadingAge NY’s annual Affordable Housing Conference, returning to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse on May 6-7, 2026.

For the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic, the “Affordable Housing Summit” returned to Syracuse in 2025, where more than 100 attendees heard from leaders in affordable senior housing operations and policy – including Juliana Bilowich of LeadingAge National – on the latest changes at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), inspection protocols, and pressing issues affecting residents and staff.
