NYS Good Cause Eviction Law Notice Requirements Begin Aug. 18th As of Aug. 18th, all landlords – even those that are exempt from the requirements of the Good Cause Eviction law – will be required to include a standardized notice with every lease and renewal lease, and with certain other notices required by law.
