Initial applications for awards of up to $20 million per project primarily serving the formerly homeless and other qualifying populations are due by 4 p.m. on June 20, 2025.

The citywide rezoning is expected to enable the creation of 80,000 new homes over the next 15 years and invest $5 billion, which includes $1 billion in State funding, toward critical infrastructure updates and housing.

The County Infrastructure Grant Program will provide funding to support county-led infrastructure projects that encourage housing growth, placemaking, and tourism.
