HCR Pre-Application Workshops Being Held this Week

Pre-Application Workshops are scheduled for this week at regional offices of NYS Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), for the 2015 Unified Funding Round, which includes more than a dozen capital programs for affordable, senior, and supportive housing.

Application materials for capital funding for new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing developments are now available on the HCR web site.

The Pre-Application Workshops will be help in Rochester on Wed., Albany on Thurs., and in New York City on Fri. Detailed information is below.

Sessions are expected to be well-attended, especially the New York City workshop, therefore no more than two persons from each organization are permitted. HCR has asked that attendees arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to allow time to get through security.
