UAS-NY System Outage Rescheduled for Aug. 29th

The Department of Health (DOH) has scheduled a Uniform Assessment System for New York (UAS-NY) system outage for Aug. 29, 2020. Previous outage dates have been cancelled. Agencies should schedule their UAS-NY activities accordingly.

During the scheduled system outage, you will NOT be able to:

1. access the UAS-NY Online Application;
2. sync the UAS-NY Offline Application; or
3. access the UAS-NY Training Environment.
