Six-Month Follow-Up on UAS-NY

The Department of Health’s UAS-NY Project Team will conduct a post-implementation webinar on May 2, 2014 for all providers using the UAS-NY in the following counties:

Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Otsego, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Warren, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.

The webinar will begin at 9 a.m. and the topics will include:

• Review of regional implementation issues;
• Present observations concerning data reported in the UAS-NY; and
• Review of key reports to help you manage your organization case list and support program management.
