Person-Centered Planning Comprehensive Trainings Offered Statewide

The Department of Health (DOH) is offering provider training sessions to support best practices in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule-compliant person-centered planning, thinking, and practice in New York State. DOH is offering half- or full-day regional and instructor- and self-directed Learning Institute trainings at no cost. Sessions run now through the end of 2020 and are for individuals who are providing, overseeing, and receiving HCBS in New York State.

Continuing education hours are now being offered for nursing and social work.
