DOH Schedules Fall 2021 Person-Centered Training Sessions

Providers receiving home and community-based services (HCBS) Medicaid funding for the services they provide are encouraged to enroll in the Department of Health's (DOH) next round of training sessions in the Person-Centered Planning Virtual Training series. These two-hour, interactive Zoom sessions are offered in six topic areas, with each topic presenting a unique set of concepts, skills, ideas, and discussions related to person-centered thinking, planning, and practice. The sessions are offered at no cost to participants.
