DOH Offers More Person-Centered Training Opportunities in September

(Sept. 10, 2024) LeadingAge NY members should note that new resources are available from the NYS Department of Health (DOH) as part of the Person-Centered Planning Statewide Training Initiative.

Many providers are required to deliver person-centered service planning (PCSP) as part of the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Federal Rule. New training topics are available such as Person-Centered Practices in Group Settings, PCSP for individuals experiencing crisis, PCSP for individuals with dementia, and other sessions.
