DOH FIDA Webinar Exclusively for LeadingAge NY Members

LeadingAge NY scheduled a 90 minute educational program on the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration program with the Department of Health (DOH). Limited seating is also available to attend the program in person. Others may join by webinar. The program is designed for LeadingAge NY members. DOH staff will provide information and updates on the FIDA program and answer questions from members.

When?

Wed., Sept. 24 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Where?

You may participate by webinar or in person at 90 Church Street, New York, NY in conference room 4A/B. To reserve a seat to attend in person, you must e-mail Cheryl Udell at cudell@leadingageny.org with the name and title of the attendee(s). DOH will not allow you in the building if they do not have your name on the list, and substitutions are not permitted.

Unable to attend in person?

Those unable to attend in person may register for the webinar here. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email from "messenger@webex.com." If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, please check your spam or junk mail folder. In some cases, the email may be blocked by your organization's firewall. In this case, please contact your organization's IT unit.
