Revisions to the Care Management Administrative Services (CMAS)

LeadingAge NY continues to work with DOH on suggested revisions to the CMAS Contract Guidelines and Standard Clauses to enable entities to enter into care management services with MLTCs.  DOH has issued a letter to MLTC plans outlining the latest changes.  The changes to the CMAS Guidelines include clarifying language and a new effective date, resulting in some changes to the Standard Clauses.  We will keep members informed of the latest changes and we will have an audio conference in the next few weeks to review the opportunity that is now available to members who are interested in providing care management services.
