QIVAPP Funding for SFY 2018-19 Approved by DOH

The Department of Health (DOH) has announced that Quality Incentive/Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) funding has been approved for Year 5 period April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019. Qualified providers were determined by Island Peer Review Organization (IPRO) in Year 2 of QIVAPP. Award amounts will be based on reports of actual hours by managed care plans. Plans have been notified that this information is to be submitted to the Department by Aug. 2, 2019. Draft allocations will then be determined and will likely be distributed near the end of the calendar year. Background on the QIVAPP program can be found here and here.
