LHCSA Survey Training to Be Held This Week

(July 29, 2024) The Department of Health (DOH) will hold Session 2 of its survey training for Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) on Wed., July 31, 2024 from 1-2 p.m. A pre-registration link is provided below.

Part 1 (held on June 27, 2024) focused on the LHCSA Re-Licensure Survey, tasks, what to expect, and how to prepare. The recording and slides for that presentation are here.

Part 2 will focus on commonly cited deficiencies and review NYS standards for each of the cited deficiencies.
