Wage Parity Certifications for Downstate LHCSAs and Fiscal Intermediaries Due June 1st
Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs) for Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS) are required to submit quarterly Wage Parity certification forms by June 1st. They must submit their forms to the Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) with which they contract, not the Department of Health (DOH).
DOH has posted the certification forms here. Additional information on the state’s Home Care Worker Wage Parity law can be found on DOH's Wage Parity website. The Wage Parity law and its certification requirement applies only to New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.
