DOH Webinar for Home Care Providers: Meet Your DOH Program Managers and Regional Staff
(Aug. 26, 2024) The Department of Health (DOH) is offering another webinar to home care providers. It will be holding an Aug. 30th webinar to introduce Central and Regional Office leadership staff serving Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs). LeadingAge NY urges members to attend this offering.
This is the third webinar offering for LHCSAs this summer. Members may have taken advantage of recent webinars on the LHCSA survey process and common deficiencies. Those webinars can be accessed here.
LeadingAge NY meets regularly with DOH, and they are interested in knowing additional topics and resources agencies are interested in to improve operations, compliance, and care. Please let us know if you have ideas in mind.
