DOH Announces QIVAPP Awards for SFY 17-18

The Department of Health (DOH) has announced the final 2017-18 Quality Incentive/Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) allocations by approved provider. Emails to Plans were sent out today. The total funding will be distributed by lump sum payment in cycle 2151 with a check release date of Nov. 28, 2018.

DOH is requiring that all funding be passed through to providers by Dec. 28, 2018. Please reach out to Meg Everett to inquire or confirm allocations.
