DOH Announces 2017-18 QIVAPP Draft Amounts

The Department of Health (DOH) has announced draft funding amounts for New York City-eligible home care providers under the Quality Incentive Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) program for the April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018 period and the total amount that each Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plan will be receiving. Award amounts are based on actual hours provided by home care providers to MLTC plans.

DOH has notified MLTC plans about the funding amounts. Funding will be distributed in lump sums to MLTC plans when approval is granted by the Division of the Budget (DOB). Plans will then have 30 days to distribute the funds once received. LeadingAge NY will be notifying provider members of their draft funding amounts by email.
