HPCANYS 2016 Call for Workshops

“Thoroughbred Champions of Hospice & Palliative Care” is the theme of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State’s (HPCANYS) 36th Annual Interdisciplinary Seminar and Meeting. The program will be held Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY. Workshops will be designed to provide participants with the tools to navigate the changes in the challenging years ahead. Deadline for submissions it Monday, October 19, 2015.
