Hospice Open Door Forum

On Jan. 22, there will be an Open Door Forum (ODF) focused on the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP). The agenda for this call has been posted to the ODF.

There will be four parts covered during this call:

• FY 2015 Reporting Cycle
• FY 2016 Reporting Cycle 
• FY 2016 Data Collection Training
• Hospice Experience of Care Survey

A question and answer session will follow the presentations. Additional information about the ODF, including the call-in information and conference ID, has been posted on the Home Health, Hospice & Durable Medical Equipment ODF web page.

The next ODF has been scheduled for March 5, 2014.
