Time is winding down for providers to complete the 2021 Home Care Cost Report, which is due Tues., Sept. 20, 2022. Providers can learn more about the Home Care Cost Report here, as well as access the 2021 instructions, timeline and outreach plans, and the May 5, 2022 Lessons Learned webinar and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Providers can also access more information and resources on the report’s host platform.

The Department of Health (DOH) will be holding another 2021 Home Care Cost Report Outreach Program on Tues., Aug. 23^rd at 1 p.m. ET. Please see below for the Webex link and telephone dial-in information for this session. If your inquiry is not addressed during the session, DOH will work to address your question directly via email or add it to the Home Care Cost Report FAQs that will be posted to the DOH website and the FAQ section of the Web-based Cost Report tool.
