Home care agencies are in the final stretch to complete the 2021 Home Care Cost Report, which is due Tues., Sept. 20, 2022. Providers can learn more about the Home Care Cost Report here as well as access the 2021 instructions, timeline and outreach plans, and the May 5, 2022 Lessons Learned webinar and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Providers can also access more information and resources on the report’s host platform.

As part of the 2021 Home Care Cost Report Outreach Program, the Department of Health (DOH) and KPMG, LLP will be conducting the September outreach session on Wed., Sept. 14, 2022 from 1 to 2 p.m. ET. If you would like specific topics covered during the session, please send the request to us-advrisknyshc@kpmg.com. If your inquiry is not addressed during the session, DOH will work to address your question directly via email or add it to the Home Care Cost Report FAQs that will be posted to the DOH website and the Cost Report Tool.

The 2021 Home Care Cost Report is due in less than two weeks, on Tues., Sept. 20, 2022. Supporting documentation is due seven calendar days after Cost Report submission, or no later than Sept. 27, 2022.
