2014 Cost Report Software for LTHHCP

The Department of Health (DOH) posted the 2014 cost report software for Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) agencies to the Health Commerce System (HCS). Included in the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), and its related attachments, is information about the electronic certification system. The certifications are also available on the HCS website.

The 2014 LTHHCP Cost Report must be filed with the DOH no later than Sat., Aug. 15. In addition, operator's and accountant's certification must be received on or before Aug.15, as well.

The DAL highlights a recent change in the LTHHCP cost report application display on HCS. According to the DAL, the change is a result of the DOH's internal process for accepting and storing cost report data that requires a separate link for LTHHCPs to review historical cost report prior to April 2015.
