2013 Cost Report Software for the LTHHCP
The Department of Health (DOH) has posted to the Health Commerce System (HCS) the 2013 Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) cost report along with a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL). The DAL explains how to access the cost report through the HCS and states the cost report as well as the operator's and accountant's certifications have to be received no later than Aug. 15, 2014.
In the DAL it states the Department will again utilize an electronic signature process for the submission of the CPA and Operator certifications. There are two applications for this process and both are required to successfully complete and submit the 2013 LTHHCP cost report. The DAL also mentions changes in the 2013 software: the General Reimbursement page 2 schedule has been removed along with any edits that were associated with the Accessibility, Quality and Efficiency (AQ&E) revenue.
