Direct Care Rates Posted for CDPAP

The Department of Health (DOH) released fee-for-service (FFS) reimbursement rates for direct care under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) in a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) issued last Friday. The rates are separate and distinct from the administrative rates previously released for Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs) providing administrative duties for CDPAP. The rates are effective Sept. 1, 2019 and are posted on the Department's site here and in the Healthcare Financial Data Gateway section of the Health Commerce System (HCS).
