Social Adult Day Guidance Available on HCBS Rule

(Nov. 12, 2024) Social adult day care (SADC) programs should note the issuance of the below State guidance on federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rule compliance, person-centered planning, and contracting with Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans. It is available on the Department of Health's (DOH) HCBS Rule webpage. Programs should bookmark the site and check in regularly. Typically, SADCs are notified of guidance from plans, but staying apprised on your own is recommended.
