The webinar provided requirements for annual HCBS compliance review and identified SADC trends and best practices to inform improved compliance. 

Guidance for both SADCs and MLTCs should be reviewed by SADC programs to ensure knowledge of all compliance and contracting requirements.

Posting sets forth details on compliance review and remediation process.

SADC programs will arrange or provide their own transportation with payment from MLTCs; policy goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2025.

The Site Evaluation Tool and User Guide have been amended; a summary of the changes is also provided.

Our letter provided comments on SADC HCBS Rule evidence packages and general HCBS Rule implementation concerns.

The meeting focused on SADC concerns with the HCBS Settings Rule and whether SADC alone could be provided as an MLTC benefit.
