More CHHAs Approved

At the PHHPC meeting, most of the approval surrounding the CHHA applications were from the upstate area. The impact of new CHHAs, CHHAs approved to expand into additional counties, special needs CHHAs converting to general purpose CHHAs or LTHHCPs converting to CHHAs, will be felt in the following counties: Schenectady, Albany, Ulster, Onondaga, Erie, Broome, Fulton, Chemung, Westchester, Bronx, Kings, Suffolk, New York and Kings.  

The next PHHPC Establishment and Review meeting will be held on Thurs., July 18 in Rochester. It was mentioned that there will be more CHHA applications brought forward at this meeting.
