Next week - CHHA CON applications for upstate -

The Establishment and Project Review Committee of the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) will be meeting on Sept. 20 at 10 a.m., at the New York State Department of Health offices in NYC to discuss and recommend to the full PHHPC the Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA) Certificate of Need (CON) applications.  DOH has stated the process for reviewing the CHHA CON applications will be similar to the process followed at the July 26 committee meeting. To watch the process unfold, view the recording of the meeting (beginning at minute 92). The committee's approval and recommendations will be considered by the full PHHPC in October.

DOH will be publishing the agenda items in advance of Sept. 20 and LeadingAge NY will notify members as they become available.
