CHHAs on the PHHPC agenda for Dec. 6, 2012

The Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) Establishment and Review Committee met on Nov. 15 to discuss four Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) applications. Out of the four applications, three were approved and sent to the full PHHPC, and one application was sent forward to the PHHPC without a recommendation. All four applications will be discussed at the PHHPC meeting on Thurs., Dec. 6.

The agenda for the Dec. 6 PHHPC meeting has been posted and the four CHHA applications will be discussed.  The one application that was sent forward without a recommendation has submitted a letter to revise their CON application to remove Livingston, Monroe and Ontario counties from their list of counties they had requested approval for expansion.
