Reminder: Home Care Annual Statistical Reports are Due Jan 11.
This is a reminder that the annual statistical reports for Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) are due by Mon., Jan. 11th. LeadingAge New York previously reported the Department of Health (DOH) posted to Health Commerce System (HCS) a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) with the timeframe for activating and completing the 2014 annual statistical reports for CHHAs, LTHHCPs, Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and hospices.
DOH suggests referring to Dear Administrator Letter DHCBS 15-08 for information on this annual requirement. Please note that all six (6) forms must be submitted to DOH in order to be recorded as a complete submission. Agencies not submitting all required forms of the statistical report will be cited.
