Reminder: CHHA Deadline to Submit Reconsideration of QRP Non-Compliance for CY 2022 Is Nov. 10th

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is providing notifications to certified home health agencies (CHHAs) that were determined to be out of compliance with Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements for Calendar Year (CY) 2020, which will affect their CY 2022 Annual Payment Update (APU). Non-compliance notifications are being distributed by the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and were placed into agencies' My Reports folders in the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) on Oct. 8, 2021. Agencies that receive a letter of non-compliance may submit a request for reconsideration to CMS via email no later than 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 10, 2021.
