Recording and Resources Available on Proposed CY 2025 Home Health Payment Rule
(July 23, 2024) LeadingAge National held a call providing an overview of the proposed Calendar Year (CY) 2025 Home Health Payment Rule last week. Members can find the recording here. The rule proposes a 1.7 percent decrease in payment and also includes new Conditions of Participation regarding an acceptance to service policy.
LeadingAge National has created a new members-only resource that includes tips and assistance for developing and submitting comments, which is available here. LeadingAge will be submitting comments on the proposed rule, and we encourage members to do so as well. Comments on the rule are due by Aug. 26th.
