OMIG Issues Demand Bill Letters to Home Health Providers

Communications to Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) regarding the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 Medicare Home Health Maximization Services Initiative were sent for delivery via UPS on March 16, 2021.

A demand bill letter has been sent to all providers who have been selected for the second half of the FFY 2020 Medicare Home Health Maximization Services Initiative. Some LeadingAge NY members are included for participation.

The Episodic Payment System (EPS) claims selected for this initiative fall between April 1, 2020 and Sept. 30, 2020, or until the end of the episodic period billed to Medicaid.
