Feedback Sought on CMS Home Health PPS Rule
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued CY 2019 Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update and CY 2020 Case-Mix Adjustment Methodology Refinements on July 12th. A summary of the major provisions is available on the LeadingAge website.
Please review the summary and rule and let us know if you have comments or concerns we should provide during the public comment process. Please feel free to send your comments via email or phone by Aug. 27th, as comments to CMS are due Aug. 31st.
