Webinar on Home Health Face-to-Face Encounters

The National Government Services (NGS) home health clinical educator will provide specific instruction to ensure that face-to-face (F2F) encounter documents completed by home health agencies meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.

This 90-minute program will include samples of correct and incorrect certifications and F2F encounter documents. A brief question and answer period will follow the presentation.
