Home Health Face-to-Face (F2F) Encounters Webinar

The National Government Services (NGS) home health clinical educator will provide specific instruction to ensure that face-to-face (F2F) encounter documents completed by home health agencies meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. This webinar is following the latest report from The Office of the Inspector General (OIG), on the "Limited Compliance with Medicare's Home Health Face-to-Face Documentation Requirements."

The 90-minute program will include samples of correct and incorrect certifications and F2F encounter documents. A brief question and answer period will follow the presentation.

NGS is offering this webinar seven times beginning April 30, 2014. The other programs are in May, June and July.
