DOH Posts Wage Parity Compliance and Certification Submission Dates for 2023
The Department of Health (DOH) issued the below guidance to plans and providers last week, following through on communications made earlier in the month to associations regarding the Department's intent to push out the Oct. 1st reporting deadline for submission of Wage Parity LS300 and LS301 forms. Members should note that only providers and plans serving Westchester, NYC, and Long Island are subject to home care worker wage parity requirements.
The DOH guidance is available here and was issued to downstate Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MMCOs), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs), and Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs).
