What Do the New Home Health Conditions of Participation Mean to CHHAs in New York?

LeadingAge NY will be conducting a free members only audio conference on what the new Conditions of Participation mean to New York State Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs). The audio conference will cover provider compliance issues ahead of the July 2017 deadline. (Even though there has been a 60-day hold, it is expected that the July implementation date will stand.) Questions that cannot be answered during this audio conference will be brought to the attention of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in March, when CMS will be conducting a session at LeadingAge’s PEAK conference in Washington, D.C.
