CMS to Hold Training on Home Health Quality Reporting Program
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will be hosting a two-day training event from Nov. 6-7, 2018 in Baltimore, MD. Training is available in-person and via webinar.
This Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HH QRP) Provider Training is open to all home health providers, associations, and organizations. The primary focus of this 'Train-the-Trainer' event will be to provide those responsible for training home health agency staff with information about the HH QRP and associated changes between the OASIS-C2 and the OASIS-D, which will become effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Topics will include Section J: Health Conditions; Section GG: Functional Abilities and Goals; Pressure Ulcer/Injury Quality Measure (M1311); and the Drug Regimen Review Quality Measure. Presenters will also discuss reports and other resources available to assist home health agencies in complying with the HH QRP.
The training will start at 8:30 a.m. ET and end at 4:30 p.m. ET on Tues., Nov. 6th. On Wed., Nov. 7th, training will start at 8:30 a.m. ET and end at 3:15 p.m. ET. Click here to access the full agenda and here to register.
