Choose Home Care Act of 2021 Introduced

The "Choose Home Care Act of 2021" was introduced in the U.S. Senate last week by Senators Stabenow, Young, Cardin, Casey, Collins, Hassan, Lankford, and Lummis. The bill would create the opportunity for patients to choose an extended home health benefit under Medicare that would allow them to go home post-hospital discharge with a broader array of services than traditional home health.
