Annual Statistical Reports for CHHAs, LTHHCPs, LHCSAs and Hospices

The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) which outlines the activation of the 2011, 2012 and 2013 annual Statistical Reports for Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and Hospices on the Health Commerce System (HCS) with a table showing the start date and due date for each provider type by year. The DAL clarifies that the compressed data collection schedule will help keep the data current. As you may recall, not having the current data impacted the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.

The DAL states the data collection for years 2011 through 2013 will be the same as the data collection for 2010 except for one component. A separate Statistical Report will be used to collect data from LHCSAs exclusively providing services to Assisted Living Program (ALP) residents.

Please be aware this is a compressed schedule that begins on July 14 with a tight turn-around.
