2013 CHHA, LTHHCP and Hospice Reports are Due

This Dear Administrator Letter outlines the activation of the annual Statistical Reports for Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and Hospices on the Health Commerce System.

The 2013 CHHA, LTHHCP statistical and the hospice cost and utilization reports are all due this Fri., Jan. 9. The 2013 LHCSA is due no later than Fri., Jan. 30.
