Upcoming Fall Regional Meetings
LeadingAge New York scheduled regional meetings for home and community based services, Adult Care Facility (ACF) and assisted living members this fall. Policy analysts will present on various overarching issues, including: managed care; FIDA; health homes; UAS-NY; and the Balancing Incentive Program.
Participants will break into service-specific groups to discuss policy issues and LeadingAge New York efforts related to the specific service line. Representatives from regional Department of Health offices will be invited to meet with the home care and ACF/assisted living providers.
While the topics will focus on the aforementioned service lines, any LeadingAge New York member is welcome to attend. The following meetings are scheduled:
- NYC Region (Manhattan): 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Tues., Sept. 24
- Central Region (Syracuse): 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Fri., Oct. 25
- Buffalo Region (Buffalo): TBD, Tues., Nov. 12
- Rochester Region (Rochester): 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Wed., Nov. 13
- Capital Region (Slingerlands): 11 a.m.- 3 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 3
