OMIG Exclusion and Reinstatement Process

The New York State Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) held a webinar on the OMIG exclusion and reinstatement processes on Sept. 29. The webinar covered the types of sanctions, the reinstatement process, and appeals.  Case studies were included. Unfortunately, there were technical problems with the webinar, but the PowerPoint presentation with audio are available here.
