MJHS Institute for Innovation in Palliative Care Launches Free Interprofessional Webinar Series

The MJHS Institute for Innovation in Palliative Care is offering a free webinar series for clinicians and researchers. Topics cross all domains of palliative care and are relevant to every member of the interdisciplinary team. Beginning in November 2014, each live presentation will offer CME/CE credit for various disciplines. The schedule for the series is available here. 

The next webinar, scheduled for Thurs., Dec. 11, is the second part of a two-part presentation, Prognostication II: Improving Accuracy to Support Care and Hospice Access. It will help viewers increase their knowledge of the complexity of prognostication in chronic advanced illnesses other than cancer, and enhance their ability to provide and/or refer patients to the appropriate level of care.
